Drift 1

I started at the forbidden city in China. It made me think of prisons because of the way it looked from above.

So I started looking for prisons all over the world. All the different shapes and architecture fascinated me. I also noticed that some countries blurred their prisons.

I decided to only look at the prisons from above because this is how the shapes come out best. I also create more of a guideline in this way.

To best display the shapes I decided to make them freestanding.I started making an animation because I can express more with this than with a still image.

This animation is about the experience in a prison. I have tried to reflect the frustration, stress and the daily routine. The only elements I have used are the shapes of the prisons and sound.
